The roving lion

The Lion is on the move again. It has been offered to the
Bristol Meyer's Squibb Children's Hospital which is interested in providing it with a permanent home. If all goes according to plan, the installation will occur before the end of the month.

Last week I had a tour of the Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ with Michael O'Loughlin. Michael is the Capital Campaign Director and we were looking for the best spot for The Lion's View. It sounds like an easy task, however, this building contains some interesting design elements -- many walls are curved, a refreshing design element, however, a bit of a challenge when hanging a large picture. The Lion's View has a width of eight-feet. The curved walls make its placement a bit problematic but Michael still has some options in mind and will measure some likely spots.
